The new 2811E requiring 500+ horsepower uses Hardox® wear plate which is the world’s leading abrasion-resistant (AR) steel. Daily maintenance is short work, whereas there is only six daily grease points located on the front hitch. The ejector wall is guided with large plastic blocks, and all the pivot joints, cylinder pins, and floor rollers utilize oversized pins with self-lubricating bushings.
